SECTION 11-49-11
§ 11-49-11 Chapter not exclusive. –This chapter shall not be construed to preclude the applicability of any otherprovision of the criminal law of this state which presently applies or may inthe future apply to any transaction which violates this chapter, unless thatprovision is inconsistent with the terms of this chapter.
