SECTION 11-50-4

   § 11-50-4  Manipulation of games. –Every person, firm, or corporation who manipulates or rigs any promotion oradvertising scheme or plan of the type set forth in § 11-50-1 so thatgifts, prizes, or gratuities are dispersed to predetermined individuals orretail establishments shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, provided, that thissection shall not prevent distribution of gifts, prizes, or gratuities of equalvalue to retail establishments in a uniform ratio to the number ofparticipating objects distributed to those establishments.
