SECTION 11-50-8

   § 11-50-8  Injunction. – Whenever the attorney general has reason to believe that any promotion oradvertising scheme or plan of the type set forth in § 11-50-1 is beingoperated in violation of this chapter, he or she may bring an action in thesuperior court, in the name and on behalf of the people of the state, to enjointhe continued operation of the promotion or advertising scheme or plan.
