§ 11-52.1-4 - Penalties.

§ 11-52.1-4 Penalties. – Any person who is convicted of a violation of this chapter shall, uponconviction, be guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more thanfive (5) years, or a fine of not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000) peroffense, or both.
