§ 11-54-2 - Penalties.
SECTION 11-54-2
§ 11-54-2 Penalties. – Any person who performs any of the acts prohibited by this chapter shall beguilty of a felony and shall be punished by a fine of at least one thousanddollars ($1,000) or shall be imprisoned for a period of at least one year, orboth.
