§ 11-55-3 - Penalty for violation.
SECTION 11-55-3
§ 11-55-3 Penalty for violation. –Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall, uponconviction, be imprisoned for not more than five (5) years, or be fined not toexceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000), or both.
