   § 11-7-5  Penalty for violations. –Any person who violates any of the provisions of § 11-7-3 or 11-7-4 shallbe deemed guilty of a felony, and shall, upon conviction, be fined not lessthan five thousand dollars ($5,000) nor more than fifty thousand dollars($50,000) or three times the monetary equivalent of the gift or valuableconsideration, whichever is greater, or imprisoned for not more than twenty(20) years, or both.
