SECTION 11-9.1-10

   § 11-9.1-10  False statements in warehousereceipt. – A warehouse operator, or any officer, agent, or servant of a warehouseoperator, who fraudulently issues or aids in fraudulently issuing a warehousereceipt for goods knowing that it contains any false statement, shall be guiltyof a crime, and upon conviction shall be punished for each offense byimprisonment not exceeding one year, or by a fine not exceeding one thousanddollars ($1,000), or both.
