SECTION 11-9.1-12

   § 11-9.1-12  Failure to state warehouseoperator's title in warehouse receipt. – Where there are deposited with or held by a warehouse operator goods of whichhe or she is owner, either solely or jointly or in common with others, thewarehouse operator, or any of his or her officers, agents, or servants who,knowing this ownership, issues or aids in issuing a negotiable receipt for thegoods which does not state that ownership, shall be guilty of a crime, and uponconviction shall be punished for each offense by imprisonment not exceeding oneyear, or by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000), or both.
