§ 11-9-13.17 - Fines collected.
SECTION 11-9-13.17
§ 11-9-13.17 Fines collected. – (a) One-half ( 1/2) of all the fines collected pursuant to §§11-9-13.2 – 11-9-13.19 shall be transferred to the municipalities in whichthe citation originated.
(b) One-half ( 1/2) of all the fines collected pursuant to§§ 11-9-13.2 – 11-9-13.19 shall be transferred to the generalfund.
