SECTION 11-9-13.8

   § 11-9-13.8  Prohibitions applicable tolicense holders and their employees and agents. – A person that holds a license issued under chapter 20 of title 44, or anemployee or agent of that person, is prohibited from selling, distributing ordelivering a tobacco product:

   (1) To any individual that is under eighteen (18) years ofage; or

   (2) In any form other than an original factory-wrappedpackage; or

   (3) As a single cigarette sale (§ 44-20-31), or as asale of cigarettes by the individual piece, known as "loosies."
