SECTION 11-9-19.1

   § 11-9-19.1  Possession of spray paint by aminor. – (a) No person under the age of eighteen (18) years shall have in his or herpossession or under his or her control any aerosol container of spray paint.Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be subject to arequirement of up to fifty (50) hours of community restitution work.

   (b) Subsection (a) of this section shall not apply topossession or use of aerosol spray paint containers on property owned or rentedby the minor or his or her parent(s) or guardian(s).
