SECTION 12-1.4-10

   § 12-1.4-10  Appropriation. – The sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000) shall be annually appropriated, out ofany money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purposesof this chapter; and the state controller is authorized and directed to drawhis or her orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of that sum, or asmuch of that sum as may be deemed necessary, from time to time, upon receipt byhim or her of properly authenticated vouchers.
