SECTION 12-1.5-18

   § 12-1.5-18  Interpretation andseverability. – The provisions of this chapter shall be liberally construed and shall be heldto be in addition to, and not in substitution for or a limitation of, theprovisions of any other law. If any provision or part of this chapter or itsapplication to any person or circumstances is held unconstitutional orotherwise invalid, the remainder of the chapter and the application of theprovisions to any other persons or circumstances other than those to which itis held invalid shall not be affected.
