SECTION 12-10-7

   § 12-10-7  Transmission of papers tosuperior court. – Whenever a division of the district court, upon a criminal complaint, shalladjudge a defendant in any criminal complaint probably guilty of an offense,the complaint and all papers connected with it shall immediately be certifiedand be transmitted to the clerk of the superior court for the county in whichthe division is situated.
