SECTION 12-13-5

   § 12-13-5  Justices authorized to bail onaccusation of serious crime. – No person accused of an offense for which bail may be denied pursuant to theprovisions of R.I. Const., Art. I, Sec. IX shall be bailed except by one of thejustices of the supreme, superior, and district courts.
