SECTION 12-18.1-5
§ 12-18.1-5 Report to governor and generalassembly. – (a) Pursuant to § 12-18.1-4 there shall be annually transmitted to thegovernor and general assembly a report setting forth the amount of money in thefund at the beginning of each year, the amount collected during the year, andthe total of money disbursed from the fund during the year.
(b) The annual report required by this section shall be filedby March 1 of each year.
