§ 12-19.1-2 - Record of criminal sentences. - Rhode Island Statutes

SECTION 12-19.1-2

   § 12-19.1-2  Record of criminal sentences.– The clerks of the district and superior courts shall maintain a registerlisting under the name of each judge all criminal convictions over which thejudge has presided, in chronological order, to include the followinginformation:

   (1) The name of the case;

   (2) The charges against the defendant;

   (3) The charges of which the defendant was convicted;

   (4) The sentence handed down by the judge; and

   (5) The date the sentence was handed down.
