SECTION 12-19-37
§ 12-19-37 Aliens – Felony convictionrecords. – The attorney general shall, within seven (7) days of the final conviction ofany alien of a felony offense within this state, forward copies of all recordspertaining to the convicted alien to the United States immigration department.
