SECTION 12-21-11

   § 12-21-11  Quarterly reports and paymentsby district court. – The clerk of each division of the district court, shall, between the first andfifteenth days of February, May, August, and November in each year, make anitemized return in writing to the city or town treasurer of every city or townin the division of all fines received by the clerk during the precedingquarter, which or part of which shall be due to the city or town, and of costspaid by the clerk out of money belonging to the city or town, and the amountand circumstances of all of these fines received by the clerk and costs paid bythe clerk and not included in any previous return. The clerk making the returnshall immediately thereafter cause to be paid to the city or town treasurer thebalance of all moneys belonging to the city or town.
