SECTION 12-21-13

   § 12-21-13  Accounting by clerk on vacationof office. – Whenever the clerk shall vacate his or her office he or she shall renderaccount and pay over any money which may be due from him or her as clerk to thecity or town within ten (10) days after after vacating the office.
