SECTION 12-21-15
§ 12-21-15 Access of city or towntreasurer to district court records. – The city or town treasurer of any city or town in the division in which thedistrict court is situated shall have access at all times to all books andpapers in the office of the division, and may examine them for the purpose ofverifying the returns of the clerk.
