SECTION 12-21-29

   § 12-21-29  Trial and judgment. – The case may be tried by a jury, if in the superior court, upon the request ofeither party, or otherwise by the court, and the cause of forfeiture allegedbeing proved, the court which shall try the cause shall enter up judgment forthe forfeiture and disposition of the property according to law.
