SECTION 12-22-9

   § 12-22-9  Appeals from courts havingjurisdiction of ordinance violations. – All appeals from any court having jurisdiction of offenses against town or cityordinances shall be taken and shall proceed according to the provisions of thischapter, and in those appeals the recognizance may be taken by either of theofficers or persons designated and authorized to take recognizances.
