SECTION 12-23-7

   § 12-23-7  Annual report to generalassembly. – The commission shall annually make a report to the general assembly of theresults of its study and survey, together with any recommendations for changesin the laws and in the duties, methods, practices, and procedure of officersand other agencies that it may deem advisable or necessary to carry out thepurpose of this chapter.
