§ 12-25.1-11 - Failure to comply.
SECTION 12-25.1-11
§ 12-25.1-11 Failure to comply. – Every person, firm, corporation, partnership, association, or other legalentity which enters into a contract within the scope of § 12-25.1-3 butfails to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be liable to thecriminal royalties fund for double the amount which the person or entity shouldhave paid over to the general treasurer pursuant to the contract.
