§ 12-25.1-12 - Severability.
SECTION 12-25.1-12
§ 12-25.1-12 Severability. – If any of the provisions of this chapter or its application to any person orcircumstances is held invalid, its invalidity shall not affect other provisionsor application of the chapter which can be given effect without the invalidprovision or application, and to this end the provisions of the chapter aredeclared to be severable.
