SECTION 12-25.1-4.1

   § 12-25.1-4.1  Assets available. – A victim, his or her guardian, or in the case of a deceased victim, his or herlegal representative, in addition to any rights conveyed pursuant to thischapter, may seek recovery from any of the criminally responsible person'sassets. A victim may proceed against the defendant's assets, whether or notthese assets represent royalties obtained from the commercial exploitation ofthe crime.
