SECTION 12-26-6

   § 12-26-6  Compensation – Clericalassistance – Cooperation of departments and agencies – Quarters.– (a) The membership of the commission shall receive no compensation for theirservices but shall be allowed their travel and necessary expenses.

   (b) The commission may engage any clerical, technical, andother assistance that it may deem necessary, and spend other funds toaccomplish its purpose.

   (c) All departments and agencies of the state shall furnishany advice and information, documentary and otherwise, to the commission andits agents that is deemed necessary or desirable by the commission tofacilitate the purposes of this chapter.

   (d) The director of administration is authorized and directedto provide suitable quarters for the commission.
