SECTION 12-9-11

   § 12-9-11  Commanding assistance inexecution of warrant. – Every peace officer, or other person empowered to make the arrest, shall havethe same authority, in arresting the accused, to command assistance in thearrest as peace officers have by law in the execution of any criminal processdirected to them, with like penalties against those who refuse their assistance.
