SECTION 12-9-9

   § 12-9-9  Warrant of arrest on executivedemand. – If the governor decides that the demand should be complied with, he or sheshall sign a warrant of arrest, which shall be sealed with the state seal, andbe directed to any peace officer or other person whom he or she may think fitto entrust with its execution. The warrant must substantially recite the factsnecessary to the validity of its issuance.
