SECTION 13-13-4

   § 13-13-4  Enforcement of compact. –All courts, departments, agencies, officers, and employees of this state andits political subdivisions are directed to enforce the Agreement on Detainersand to cooperate with one another and with other party states in enforcing theagreement and effectuating its purposes.
