SECTION 13-6-2.2

   § 13-6-2.2  Severability of §13-6-2.1. – If any of the provisions of § 13-6-2.1 or the application of thoseprovisions to any person or circumstances is held to be invalid, thatinvalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the sectionwhich can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and tothis end the provisions of the section are declared to be severable.
