SECTION 13-6-5
§ 13-6-5 Notice and appointment ofadministrator. – The court may, after giving notice to all interested persons, grant thepetition as provided in § 13-6-4 and do all other things required andauthorized to be done in the settlement of the estate of a deceased person.
