SECTION 13-6-6

   § 13-6-6  Powers of administrator. –Every administrator who shall be appointed pursuant to the provisions of thischapter shall have the same powers, be subject to the same liabilities, anddischarge the same duties as an administrator of the estate of a deceasedperson.
