§ 13-7-1 Short title and purpose ofchapter. – This chapter shall be known as "An Act to Promote the State Use System ofIndustries in the Public Welfare Institutions", and shall be interpreted toencourage the production of goods and merchandise in the public welfareinstitutions of this state.
