   § 13-7-12  Production standards –Determination of articles to be produced. – The director of corrections or his or her designee shall establish certainstandards of production, and shall by consultation and meeting with the statepurchasing agent and the managing officers and purchasing agents of municipaloffices, departments, and institutions determine the style, design, and qualityof articles and materials to be made.
