SECTION 13-8-17

   § 13-8-17  Reports and control by divisionof field services. – (a) For the duration of the prisoner's parole, the assistant director of fieldservices or his or her designee shall report on the adjustment of the paroleeto the parole board at the end of each six (6) months of parole.

   (b) If at any time there is evidence of a violation of any ofthe conditions of the parole, the assistant director of field services or hisor her designee shall report the violation immediately and fully to the board,together with a recommendation concerning the action to be taken by the boardwith respect to the parole.

   (c) In those instances of violation, the assistant directorof field services or his or her designee may in his or her discretion returnthe parolee to the institution from which he or she was paroled, pending actionby the board.
