SECTION 13-8-26

   § 13-8-26  Statements by interestedindividuals or families. – All individuals, members of the family, friends, legal counsel, agencies, orother interested persons desiring to make a statement with respect to aparticular applicant for parole, shall submit it in writing for inclusion inthe applicant's folder, as provided in § 13-8-6.
