SECTION 14-1-21

   § 14-1-21  Release or detention of childunder custody of court. – In the case of any child whose custody has been assumed by the court, the childmay, pending the final disposition of the case, be released in the custody of aparent, guardian, or other custodian, or of a probation counselor or otherperson appointed by the court, to be brought before the court at the designatedtime. When not released as provided in this section, the child, pending thehearing of the case, shall be detained at the training school subject to§§ 14-1-11 and 14-1-27.
