SECTION 14-1-32.3

   § 14-1-32.3  Appropriations. – The general assembly shall appropriate one hundred fifty thousand dollars($150,000) for support and maintenance of the pilot juvenile restitutionprogram; and the state controller is authorized and directed to draw his or herorders upon the general treasurer for the payment of that appropriation or somuch of it as may be necessary for the purposes appropriated, upon receipt byhim or her of properly authenticated vouchers.
