SECTION 14-1-32.4

   § 14-1-32.4  Family counseling for drug oralcohol related offenses. – If the court finds that a child is delinquent or wayward for any violation ofthe Rhode Island Controlled Substances Act, chapter 28 of title 21, the courtmay order the child, his or her parent(s), guardian(s), and/or other lawfulcustodian(s) to participate in a program of counseling designed to attempt toremedy the conditions which led to the child's coming before the court.
