SECTION 14-1-39

   § 14-1-39  Fees for delivery of child tocourt or institution. – A fee of one dollar ($1.00), and an allowance of ten cents ($0.10) per miletraveled with any child may be paid to the person designated to deliver anychild to a public or private institution, agency, or society, or to bring anychild from a public or private institution, agency, or society to a session ofthe court, the allowance to be paid out of a sum appropriated for this purpose,when certified to by a justice of the court.
