SECTION 14-1-46

   § 14-1-46  Institution of proceedingsagainst adults – Process. – Proceedings against adults may be instituted by the officers duly authorized bylaw to institute those proceedings or by the court's own motion. The courtshall issue its summons, warrant of arrest, or other process in order to secureor compel the attendance of any necessary person.
