SECTION 14-1-7.4

   § 14-1-7.4  Waiver or certification ofjuvenile drug offenders. – A child sixteen (16) years of age or older who has been found delinquent ofhaving committed one felony offense after the age of sixteen (16) involving theunlawful sale, distribution, manufacture, delivery, or possession with intentto manufacture, sell, distribute, or deliver any controlled substance listed inSchedule I or II of § 21-28-2.08, shall be either certified pursuant to§ 14-1-7.2 or waived pursuant to § 14-1-7.1 for all subsequent felonyoffenses involving the unlawful sale, distribution, manufacture, delivery, orpossession with intent to manufacture, sell, distribute, or deliver anycontrolled substance.
