SECTION 14-1-70

   § 14-1-70  Proceedings under prior law.– No proceeding arising from an offense committed prior to April 11, 1990, shallbe affected by the repeal or modification of the statutes in effect at the timean offense was committed, but proceedings may be instituted, continued, andbrought to final determination in accord with the laws and regulations ineffect prior to April 11, 1990.
