SECTION 14-6.2-11

   § 14-6.2-11  Appropriations. – The general assembly shall annually appropriate, out of any money in thetreasury not otherwise appropriated, any sum that it may deem necessary tocarry out the purposes of this chapter; and the state controller is authorizedand directed to draw his or her orders upon the general treasurer for thepayment of that sum, or so much of it as may be required from time to time,upon receipt by him or her of properly authenticated vouchers.
