SECTION 15-10-2

   § 15-10-2  Orders for benefit of parents.– Before the trial, with the consent of the defendant, or at the trial, on entryof a plea of guilty, or after conviction, the court may, in its discretion,make any orders and require any conditions for the benefit of the destituteparent that the circumstances of the defendant may require.
