SECTION 15-14.1-23

   § 15-14.1-23  Additional definitions inthis chapter. – (1) "Petitioner" means a person who seeks enforcement of an order for return ofa child under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International ChildAbduction or enforcement of a child custody determination.

   (2) "Respondent" means a person against whom a proceeding hasbeen commenced for enforcement of an order for return of a child under theHague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction orenforcement of a child custody determination.
