SECTION 15-14.1-28

   § 15-14.1-28  Enforcement of registereddetermination. – (a) A court of this state may grant any relief normally available under the lawof this state to enforce a registered child custody determination made by acourt of another state.

   (b) A court of this state shall recognize and enforce, butmay not modify, except in accordance with this chapter, a registered childcustody determination of a court of another state.
